The Apple rumor mill is abuzz. Today’s fav…new Apple Displays. They mirror the look of the G5. I hope this rumor is true, because they look sweet. This weekend is Memorial Day Weekend. That means that I will be chilling at the house in PJ’s, playing video games. The house will be empty. Jon in [...]
Last nigh I say the greatest show on earth. Thirty-five year olds drinking in the car in the parking lot. What a sight. I was at the GW Forum waiting for the Madonna: Reinvention Tour to begin. The crowd was late, but amped nonetheless. This would be my second date with the Material Girl (I [...]
The material girl is feeling ill. So tonight I get to watch the Lakers and 24. I think it worked out best for everybody. I booked my flight to Las Vegas for the bachelor party. Round trip : $80. Thank you Southwest.com. I think and hope, hope, hope that I finally fixed Caroline’s computer last [...]
So, somebody asked me how to determine if it’s a good time to buy an Apple (computer). One thing you can do is check the various Apple rumor sites. Several are dead on and other are just dead. My personal favorites are MacRumors.com and MacCentral. Also, MacRumors has a “Buyers Guide” which tells you if [...]
So I woke up this morning wondering what happened at WSOP over the weekend. I logged onto PokerPages.com to check it out. Poker has become very popular. Last year there were 836 players. This year 2576 people will try to win the $5 million dollar first place prize. Not bad for a weeks work.
I would like to first thank all of you who gave suggestions for the Las Vegas trip in July. We are going to have a great Bachelor Party for Page. Thanks also to Toby for letting me use his Flamingo coupon; and to Jon, who gave me some good suggestions of things to do while [...]
Today is UPFRONT day for FOX Broadcasting. Today is the day that Fox announces their schedule for the next 365. In doing so, they have a big to-do and some of the “important” people are invited. That being said, I am here at the office, alone, updating my blog and playing poker online. What a [...]
Thank you Mr. Hinojosa for getting the word out on Montez!
So as some of you know, today (Tuesday) is my busy day at work. I have to pull some reports, send out post logs, pull some more reports, etc. A lot of fun stuff. but before I got started and didn’t get a chance to write in my blog, I wanted to write in my [...]
Last night, at Eighty-first Street, we were all home. Yes! And we all played Halo. WOW! That almost never happens on a weekday. So we played Halo, watched AI, then I logged onto UltimateBet.com and played a few dozen hands while my coach (Jon Regul) sat by my side. He’s a good coach. He’s like [...]
Here is a link to the beheading video. I can’t see it at work, so I copied the link from another site. I’m sure it’s not pleasant, but you should be able to view it if you choose. It’s not for me to tell you what you can and can’t see. >>click here<< Why can [...]
added a new header. It’s ‘FLASH’, so let me know if you can’t see it. Site is never done. This weekend…Sanger. I have missed the past two trips, I am looking forward to this weekend. I just drank a bottle of Diet Mountain Dew. I’m starting to shake. Lakers won, iPod charged, possible dinner meeting [...]
What a weekend. Friday, Caroline listened to my diatribe about how AMC ruined Burbank. She puts up with so much shit. I really like her. Saturday, we had breakfast and bought some flowers for her mama. I then went to flip sausage at the Equestrian Center. Page, Vanessa, and I served up some steaming plates [...]
So yesterday was Cinco De Mayo. So I started to get working on Page’s Bachelor party plans. So far, so good. But I have some questions for all you guys out there. Please answer the following questions by posting comments (women are also welcome to answer). Here we go: Two nights of strippers – too [...]
This was one of the better weekends in my life. Friday night, Caroline and I had dinner at Gordon Birsch in Burbank. Followed by Boba Loca and a deathly long game of checkers. I lost. Caped off with the conclusion of the Minn. vs. Denver Basketball game. A good night indeed. Saturday, Caroline was off [...]
