As a one-man operation, I increased the IDX product from 197 clients with $11,815 monthly recurring revenue in February 2009 to 444 clients with $26,970 monthly recurring revenue in April 2010 (128% revenue increase).
As R & D Manager I oversaw a team of 4 direct reports (employees). During this time we developed, updated, and built out the new standards that The Design People, Inc. will be using for future site builds. Research, design, develop, and deploy new products for the real estate division of The Design People, Inc. My emphasis has been on CMS development for real estate agents and private developments. Developed CSS and code standard training materials for full custom employees. These duties were in addition to my full custom project manager duties.
As an interactive project manager, I complete site builds based on client needs. Discuss clients design needs and marketing goals. Develop site map, homepage design, inner page layout and design with search engine marketing considerations. Customer service and education was a large part of the position. Basic project management techniques were utilized to ensure project delivery. Homepage design and build for attachment to a template back end system. Discuss and guide client on marketing and design aesthetics for site home page.
